Remember the movie "The Water Boy"? Bobby Boucher (Adam Sandler) knew that high quality H2O was very important to the success of the Mud Dogs football team. Here are some tips we're sure Bobby would agree with (and so would his mama)!

1. Drink half your body weight in ounces everyday. (More on days you sweat a lot) Example: 120 lb. person should drink 60 oz.
2. Sip water at regular intervals throughout the day and during meals.
3. Infuse your water with fruit or herbs or unsweetened tea to add variety!
4. Many fresh fruits and veggies have high water content so you can eat your hydration too. Examples: watermelon, oranges, peaches, bell peppers, cucumbers, and carrots to only name a few.

Challenge yourself to be more aware of how much water you drink each day and then increase the amount and notice how much better you feel! Need to carry water with you as you run? Visit our hydration section for a range of belt, back, and hand held options.
