Returns:
We will accept the return of any product within 30 days in its new and unused condition as originally sold to you by our company with an original receipt. The shipping costs incurred with the return/exchange of merchandise is the customer's responsibility unless an error was made by Dick Pond Athletics in the original fulfillment of the order. You will be refunded the cost of the product (less the cost of shipping) upon receipt of your return. Refunds take up to 5 days to appear on your account. Note: If using our preprinted label below, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund, and the amount is to be determined by the carrier at the time of shipment. Exchange: Want to exchange your item? Due to limited availability of our products, we suggest you place a new order at www.dickpondathletics.com to ensure the item you want to exchange is still available. Then, please follow the instructions above to return your item. Your refund will be processed after we receive the return. You may also request an exchange of your item when you send back your return.
