Walk2Run is a beginner running training program where you transition from walking to running with a goal of “graduating” to a local 5k race, or our celebratory 5k wrap up run from the store.

Walk2Run takes place every Wednesday at 6:30pm.

The Walk2Run group will meet at the Dick Pond Athletics store in Park Ridge located at 575 Busse Highway.
