Walk2Run is a beginner running training program where you transition from walking to running with a goal of "graduating" to a local 5k race, or our celebratory 5k wrap up run from the store.
Walk2Run takes place every Wednesday at 6:30pm from April 3rd - November 13th. Each session starts over on the following dates:
- Spring Session - April 3rd - June 5th
- Summer Session - June 12th - August 14th
- Fall Session - August 21st - November 13th
Make new friends, get in shape, learn how to run and all the tricks that go along with it. We are excited to have you join us!
