Walk 2 Run
The program also includes mini clinics on topics such as nutrition, stretching, and proper shoe selection. Anyone who can currently walk for 10 minutes, any age, at any pace and any level of experience is welcome to join our program! Each location offers 3 sessions throughout the spring and summer. In addition, special discounts are offered to those attending our Walk 2 Run and other in-store events. Click on a store near you to find specific information about that store's program.
